With CYCAS D'OR you have 30 days to exchange your order and 14 days to return. We have a free return and exchange policy. This applies from the moment the order is in your possession. You can view and / or try on the article within this period, unless stated otherwise. The product can only be returned unused, with all its tags and labels, and, if possible, in its original packaging.
Om de bestelling te retourneren kunt u een e-mail sturen naar info@cycasdor.com. Wij storten het bedrag binnen 14 dagen terugend an email to info@cycasdor.com. We will credit you the amount back within 14 days.
Neem contact op met onze klantenservice om uw jas te ruilen voor een maat groter of kleiner. Zodra de jas is ontvangen, sturen wij u binnen 24 uur de nieuwe jas (indien op voorraad).
