Simplified exchange and returns
With CYCAS D'OR you have 30 days to exchange your order and 14 days to return. We have a free return and exchange policy. This applies from the moment the order is in your possession. You can view and / or try on the article within this period, unless stated otherwise. The product can only be returned unused, with all its tags and labels, and, if possible, in its original packaging.
To return the order you can send an email to info@cycasdor.com. We will credit you the amount back within 14 days.
Please contact our customer service to exchange your jacket for a size larger or smaller. Once the jacket has been received, we will send you the new jacket within 24 hours (if in stock).

Note
If you are not using our prepaid labels, always choose registered shipping that requires a signature when returning an order. Unregistered shipments are at your own risk.
